Dominic Harris

Dominic Harris is an interactive artist working with a range of materials spanning lighting technologies, interaction design and electronics.

Dominic’s artworks exhibit a continued fascination between inventive adaptations of cutting-edge technologies and playful interactions within natural and digitized environments. His training as an architect explains his obsessive attention to the detailing and fabrication prevalent in his artworks.

Dominic designs and produces his artworks at Cinimod Studio, a multi-disciplinary practice he founded in 2007. This studio is comprised of a dedicated team with diverse backgrounds including architecture, industrial design, electronics, programming, motion graphics, and fabrication. Dominic uses the resources of Cinimod Studio for the on-going development, prototyping and production of his artworks.

Dominic also oversees the studio’s international projects where his artistic interests are translated into larger scale projects that range from commercial and retail work to public art projects.
